Qualifications

• Must maintain a neat, welcoming, professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and seat them in a gracious, professional manner.
• Manage reservations and provide accurate wait times.
• Answer questions about menus and offerings to assist guests.
• Set up and maintain the host stand and dining area cleanliness.
• Answer phones, confirm reservations, and monitor seating flow.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and safety procedures.
