Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have passion for satisfying guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, including weekends/holidays.
• At least 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Solid computer and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest registration and provide information on hotel services and promotions.
• Process payments and assist guests with inquiries.
• Represent Hyatt in a friendly, professional manner as the face of the hotel.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
