Grand Hyatt San Antonio is seeking a Front Office Host to welcome guests, handle registration, and communicate hotel services and promotions. Be the face of Hyatt and contribute to a warm, efficient guest experience.

This role supports smooth check-in/out, processes payments, and responds to guest inquiries while offering casual conversations that enhance memorable stays. Flexible availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Flexible schedule of mornings, afternoons, evenings, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of hotel or customer service experience.
• Strong computer and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.
• This role offers casual conversation and directly impacts the guest experience.
• Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.
