Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Able to stand for 90% of shift, occasional lifting.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays; on-call when away.

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties to front office staff and ensures policy adherence.
• Provides training, including safety training, to front office staff.
• Maintains records such as cash flow sheets, registration cards, and direct bills.
• Covers shifts in all departments as scheduled by the General Manager.
• Assists with sales and marketing efforts as directed.
• Responds to guest complaints and team member issues.
• Conducts staff meetings and performance reviews when necessary.
