Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud).
• Experience in hotel front office or concierge is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest registration process and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Handle payments and respond to guest inquiries.
• Provide high-quality guest service and assist across multiple Hyatt properties.
