Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or training is beneficial.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms, handle payments.
• Make and confirm reservations; balance accounts and conduct audits.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with supervision when needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
