Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Director of Front Office to lead all Front Office functions at our Santa Barbara property. You’ll guide guest services, registration, room inventory, and service standards, while shaping the guest experience and ensuring efficient operations.

As a strategic leader, you’ll drive revenue growth, monitor guest satisfaction, and implement marketing initiatives. You’ll mentor a high-performing team and uphold Hilton's hospitality standards across every stay.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations: Direct guest services, registration, room inventory and service standards.
• Shape service excellence: monitor guest satisfaction and drive improvements.
• Drive revenue initiatives: implement marketing and upsell to maximize occupancy.
• Integrate corporate marketing strategies within Front Office.
• Leverage data: analyze daily reports to inform strategies and guest experience.
• Maintain product knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Develop a high-performing team through performance management and development.
