Job summary

Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the front office and guest engagement, ensuring an exceptional, personalized stay for every guest. You’ll drive activations, create memorable experiences, and support front desk operations as needed in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality leadership, strong sales and communication skills, and a passion for delivering light and warmth in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership and guest services management.
• Proven ability to upsell holiday, event, and guest experience packages.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for a luxury property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services operations across bell, valet, luggage, and related systems.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive improvements to elevate the guest experience.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, policy enforcement, and special projects for front office.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
