Job summary

The Director of Front Office at Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino is responsible for leading all Front Office operations, including guest service, registration, valet, concierge, lobby, call center, and room inventory.

He/she develops strategies to enhance the guest experience, maximize room revenue, and uphold AAA Four Diamond standards, while guiding staff development and maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hotel Front Office operations that meet AAA Four/Five-Diamond levels.
• Leadership, supervision, and employee development skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced Front Office operations.
• English language fluency to communicate with guests and staff.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Front Office functions including guest service, registration, and lobby operations.
• Establish Front Office policies and service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop strategies to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Reservations.
