LevelUP HCS seeks an Associate/VP‑level Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruitment for a Front Office Global Markets business in New York. You will partner directly with MDs and Business Heads and drive the end-to-end hiring strategy.

This embedded Talent Acquisition role offers visibility at the highest levels, direct access to senior leadership, and dedicated sourcing support for Global Markets roles across Sales & Trading, FI, FX, Rates, Credit, and Equities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years recruiting in financial services
• Front Office hiring experience (Global Markets, S&T, Capital Markets, or IB)
• Experience partnering with MDs, Business Heads, or Desk Heads
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment for a Front Office Global Markets business — partnering directly with MDs and Business Heads
