Job summary

Level Access is seeking a Global Sales Recruiter to advise on talent strategy for our global Revenue Organization, including North America and EMEA sales teams. You will design data-driven recruitment solutions, partner with stakeholders, and scale automation with responsible AI practices to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven success in recruiting for sales and revenue-critical roles globally within SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
• Expertise applying recruiting analytics and automation to optimize processes.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong ability to influence leadership decisions and collaborate across regions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to sales and RevOps leadership across NA and EMEA.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in business development, account executives, sales leadership, and revenue operations.
• Drive ROI through improved hiring processes and workforce planning.
• Use recruiting analytics to monitor search health and propose improvements.
• Apply automation and AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and fairness.
