Responsibilities

• Support the MD recruiting function with end-to-end operational oversight.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday recruiting workflows and agency access.
• Maintain rosters, access records, and confidential spend data with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple priorities.
• Prepare clear instructions, status updates, and process guidance for agency users.
• Exercise discretion handling confidential recruiting and vendor information.
• Troubleshoot access issues and collaborate with IT/ops teams to resolve problems.
