Hyatt Regency Miami is seeking an Front Office Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at our downtown Miami property. This entry-level, full-time role offers hourly pay and the chance to grow within a global hospitality brand.

As the face of Hyatt, you’ll manage guest registrations, promote services, handle payments, and respond to inquiries. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Front Office role involves guest registration and communicating hotel services and promotions.
• Ability to respond to guest inquiries and provide a welcoming experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts, holidays and weekends.
