Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, part of Averill Hospitality, seeks a Director of Front Office to lead the Front Desk, Valet, Transportation, and Concierge operations. You will oversee staff development, budgeting, and guest service excellence to maximize profits and ensure a hospitality-forward environment.

Strong supervisory skills and extensive hotel operations knowledge are essential. This full-time role requires adaptability to hotel demands, weekends, and holidays, with competitive benefits

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1-2 years guest service experience preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory or management experience.
• CPR Certification and/or First Aid Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize Front Office, Valet, Transportation, and Concierge operations.
• Supervise and develop the Front Office management team.
• Control labor costs and monitor Front Office budget for profitable operation.
• Hire, train, supervise, and counsel management staff.
• Attend executive meetings and disseminate information.
