Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, an Averill Hospitality resort, seeks a PM Valet Lead to supervise the valet and shuttle teams during the evening shift. You will ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the valet team to ensure efficient daily operations and guest service.
• Communicate schedule changes and operational needs to the team.
• Report staffing and equipment needs to the Director of Front Office.
• Provide direction, training, and support to valet and shuttle team members.
• Maintain communication with Front Office and other departments regarding valet/shuttle operations.
• Promote a professional, guest-focused environment.
