Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in/out, ensuring accurate information and proper credit handling.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource about hotel amenities and local area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build guest relationships to create memorable stays.
• Resolve guest issues and recover service with a WOW moment when possible.
• Promote and explain hotel programs and promotions to guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
