Hard Rock International is seeking an Assistant Manager, Front Office for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. This role supports planning and directing the Front Desk, Guest Service, and PBX operations to deliver a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing Front Desk staff, conducting room inspections, resolving guest issues, and hiring/training personnel while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation across all guest interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of Front Desk/Hotel Operations experience at a 4 star/4 diamond property.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Front Desk staff assignments and guest service operations.
• Performs guest room inspections to identify repairs or improvements.
• Interviews, hires, trains, schedules, and supervises assigned personnel.
• Ensures quality and presentation of products delivered to guests.
• Proposes operational enhancements to senior management to promote excellence.
