Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Palo Alto is seeking a warm, welcoming Front Office Agent to ensure guests have a relaxing and effortless stay from arrival to departure. You’ll be the first to greet guests, deliver impeccable service, and reflect the brand’s excellence in every interaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of guest service or front desk experience, a team player mentality, flexibility for a 24-hour operation, and may speak a second language. This on-site role pays $27/hour.

About you...

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
