Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a warm, welcoming Front Office Agent to ensure guests' arrivals and departures are seamless and memorable. The role emphasizes guest service, a polished demeanor, and collaboration with team members across the front desk.

From the outset you will build rapport with guests, handle check-ins and inquiries, and support a 24-hour operation. A minimum of one year in guest or hospitality service is required, with bilingual ability a plus.

• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
