Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a warm Front Desk Agent to ensure a relaxing and effortless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will be the first point of contact, delivering impeccable service and representing the brand with hospitality and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in guest or customer service, is a team player, detail oriented, and flexible for a 24-hour operation. Proficiency in a secondary language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.

About you…
Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
