1 Hotel San Francisco, operated by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., is seeking a Front Office Agent for a part-time schedule. You will warmly welcome guests, provide professional service at arrival, during the stay, and at departure, reflecting the brand’s standards.

Requirements include at least 1 year of similar experience, strong guest or customer service skills, a team-oriented approach, and flexibility for a 24-hour operation. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
