Job summary

Starwood Hotels in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a Front Office Agent to ensure guests have a relaxing and effortless stay from arrival to departure. You will meet and greet guests, handle check-in/out, and respond to requests with a high level of service.

We value a warm, articulate team player with at least 1 year in guest service and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation. Multilingual abilities are a plus and celebration of a diverse, sustainable workplace is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk or guest service experience.
• Ability to speak a second language is a plus.
• Willingness to work a 24-hour operation and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check-in/check-out with a warm, welcoming manner.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a seamless stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, bell, and other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
