Job summary

Chico Hot Springs in Pray, WI, is seeking a Front Desk Agent who will be the heart of our guest experience. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and set the tone for a memorable stay.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, friendly team, handle calls, reservations, and payments, and provide concierge services. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential. Weekend/evening shifts and the ability to stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to use both hands.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
