Job summary

Spruce Peak at Stowe Resort is seeking Restaurant Greeters to welcome dining guests and manage reservations with warm hospitality. You will influence the dining experience through attentive interactions on phone and in person, offering seating options and menu recommendations.

Hyatt associates are dedicated to exceptional service and meaningful experiences. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with strong teamwork and guest focus.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills both on the phone and in person.
• Knowledge of computers and reservations systems.
• Flexible schedule to include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a first impression for dining guests, on phone and in person.
• Assist with taking reservations, seating accommodations and menu recommendations.
• Provide excellent guest service and help ensure guest satisfaction.

Restaurant Greeters

Restaurant Greeters are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for dining guests both on the phone and in person. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions that include taking down reservations, providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. They may also be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.

Pay Range is: $20 - 20.60
