Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a motivated member services representative to handle membership inquiries and promote enrollment at the Fitness Centre. You will drive retail sales to meet monthly goals and actively present products and services to current and potential members.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and identify guest needs through listening.

Job Description

Processes all inquiries pertaining to membership while encouraging enrollment and marketing the Fitness Centre. Makes sales calls during idle time and encourages retail sales to meet the monthly Pro Shop and membership sales goals. Other duties as assigned. Presents and sells products and services to current and potential members.
