AdventHealth is seeking a Membership Sales Associate for our fitness center in the United States. You will process inquiries, enroll new members, and promote services to drive membership sales during daytime shifts.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv is required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and sales aptitude.

Job Description

Processes all inquiries pertaining to membership while encouraging enrollment and marketing the Fitness Centre. Makes sales calls during idle time and encourages retail sales to meet the monthly Pro Shop and membership sales goals. Other duties as assigned. Presents and sells products and services to current and potential members.
