Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident, energetic greeting and maintain a secure environment.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide support in shortage reduction programs and train associates as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with dress standards.
