Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to foster relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and exits to reduce theft and maintain safety.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and eye contact.
• Identify theft trends and report incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide shortage reduction program training to associates.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with dress standards.
• Communicate theft prevention information during store rallies.
• Support store leadership with security efforts.
