Burlington stores in Roseville, CA are hiring a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service. You will monitor entrances, respond to incidents, greet customers with a warm, confident demeanor, and support store leadership in reducing theft and losses.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Ability to exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Excellent leadership skills that support productive business relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every customer entering or exiting with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
• Monitor entrances and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious behavior to Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs.
