Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Loss Prevention Associate to support District Loss Prevention and store management by acting as a visible deterrent, wearing a body worn camera, and ensuring safety and customer experience.

Responsibilities include standing at the front of the store, greeting customers, referring questions to management, reporting suspicious behavior, and documenting incidents in AIIM Case Management.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail or security experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong communication and judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and refer questions to management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
