Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. – Marshalls in Las Vegas is hiring a Loss Prevention Associate. You will support store leadership and LP by acting as a visual deterrent, wearing a Body Worn Camera, and helping maintain a safe, positive shopping experience.

You should have 0–2 years of retail or security experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. The role includes front-of-store presence, incident reporting, and adherence to company policy.

• Prioritizes and organizes workload and manages time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front-of-store presence and serve as a visual deterrent to prevent loss.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and respond to requests for assistance.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Complete required incident documentation in the Case Management system.
