• Maintain front-of-store stance and wear a Body Worn Camera.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and dishonesty.
• Greet customers and assist by directing to management or service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweep of the store with management.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures and document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
