Job summary

Hard Rock Live Bristol is seeking a Box Office Representative (on-call) to assist with Front of House operations, including ticketing, usher services, crowd control and live event productions across the venue.

In the Entertainment Production department, you will help maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and safety while delivering superior guest service to guests attending Hard Rock Live Bristol events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Live Bristol for gaming entertainment and build guest relations.
• Assist admissions/ticketing attendants wherever tickets are sold on property.
• Support front-of-house staff in their functions and maintain a positive team environment.
• Facilitate open communication with supervisors and staff and coordinate inter-departmental tasks.
• Ensure ongoing staff training and assist with shows on the Ticketmaster platform and related ticketing systems.
• Assist with event-based will-call tickets.
