Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking an Entertainment Supervisor to lead live event operations across the property, including Hard Rock Live. The role coordinates logistics, artist services, and show execution in collaboration with the Director of Entertainment and other departments.

You will guide event staffing, review layouts and production schedules, manage booking calendars and settlements, and serve as the on-site entertainment representative during shows.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in live event production, venue operations, or entertainment administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entertainment, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of artist contracts, riders, ticketing systems, hospitality, and venue logistics.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate live entertainment events and show execution across the property.
• Assist with artist contracts, riders, advance materials, and internal paperwork.
• Manage event layouts, production schedules, occupancy plans, fire codes compliance.
• Maintain booking calendars, show folders, ticket hold sheets, and department files.
• Serve as on-site Entertainment Dept. representative during events.
• Coordinate staffing for ushers, box office, merchandise, and other event teams.
• Liaise with box office and ticketing partners on events builds and guest lists.
• Prepare artist settlements and wrap reports.
• Monitor event readiness, crowd flow, signage, credentials, and FOH coordination.
• Review marketing/promotional opportunities for shows and pre-sale logistics.
• Participate in interdepartmental planning meetings for events.
