Job summary

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation seeks a Front of House Manager - Theatre to train, schedule, and supervise Medora Musical front of house staff across multiple venues, ensuring top-notch guest service and safety.

You will wear a headset, manage nightly operations, coordinate volunteers with the Volunteer Programs Director, and uphold safety protocols while supporting the theatre team during performances.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, ready, and on time for every shift.
• Provide outstanding guest service.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Must be fluent in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff for all front of house positions at the venues.
• Account for all hours reported on time sheets for front of house employees.
• Verify accuracy of weekly timesheets and forward to accounting per policy.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest safety at all venues.
• Coordinate volunteers with the Volunteer Programs Director; know emergency procedures.
• Maintain inventory and participate in safety meetings; perform other duties as required.
