Job summary

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation seeks a Theater Operations Supervisor to lead front-of-house and concessions teams at the Burning Hills Amphitheatre, ensuring smooth daily operations, ticketing flow, and guest safety. You will coordinate staff, provide coaching, and maintain inventory while upholding high service standards.

This role supports interns, trains staff, and collaborates with the Front of House Manager to cover scheduling and daily tasks in a dynamic outdoor venue

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, on time, and ready for every shift.
• Provide outstanding guest service.
• Prior inventory management experience helpful.
• Knowledge of food and beverage handling desired.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role among the front of house and concessions staff.
• Direct daily tasks in the absence of the Manager.
• Assist Front of House Manager with training and coaching of staff.
• Assist with scheduling and coverage for theater tasks.
• Ensure guest safety during ingress and egress.
• Be familiar with safety procedures and protocols.
• Assist with ordering and inventory of all concession items.
• Work as a team with interns.
• Receive, inventory, and organize food and beverage orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of concession stand, parking lots, and seating areas.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Participate in workplace safety training sessions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
