Job summary

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation is seeking Theater Operations Staff to support day-to-day operations at the Burning Hills Amphitheatre. Responsibilities include front-of-house coverage, concessions, inventory, and general cleaning and maintenance to ensure a positive guest experience.

This outdoor role requires excellent communication, reliability, and a willingness to work mornings, evenings, and special events. Training on safety and POS is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills with guests.
• Reliable, on time and prepared for every shift.
• Provide outstanding guest service consistently.
• Willing to work mornings, evenings, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Fill in front of house positions during Pre-Show, Intermission and Post-Show.
• Ensure guest safety during ingress and egress.
• Assist with inventory of concessions and food/beverage orders.
• Operate POS when covering front of house positions.
• Maintain cleanliness of concessions, stands, parking lots and seating areas.
• Support deep cleaning of restrooms and general maintenance as needed.
• Promote events and services to guests with enthusiasm and accuracy.
• Interact professionally with guests, co-workers and management.
