Job summary

Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation is seeking Theater Operations Staff to execute day-to-day operations at the Burning Hills Amphitheatre, including concessions, front-of-house, and facility maintenance. You will be flexible across shifts, support guest safety, and ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Role involves outdoor work in hot conditions and occasional indoor tasks; prior guest service or POS experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, on time and ready for every shift.
• Provide outstanding guest service.
• Willing to work mornings, evenings, holidays and special events as needed.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fill in front of house positions during Pre-Show, Intermission and Post-Show.
• Ensure guest safety during ingress/egress.
• Assist with ordering and managing inventory of Concessions items.
• Assist in receiving, inventorying, and organizing food and beverage orders.
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate POS when covering front of house positions.
• Maintain cleanliness of concessions stands, parking lots, and seating areas.
• Deep clean and stock restrooms daily and touch-up during performances.
• Promote events and services to guests.
