Sports & Social Atlanta in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to lead daily service operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will supervise staff, enforce standards, train and coach team members, and coordinate with culinary and management teams to deliver quality experiences.

The role requires at least 1-2 years of restaurant management in a full-service setting, fluency in English, and a proactive approach to hospitality.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full service restaurant/nightclub or similar setting.
• Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
• Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets or assigned portion of the operation.
• Plan and organize work.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies.
• Alert management of potentially serious issues.
