Qualifications

• Supervises scheduled shifts with daily decision-making and staff support while upholding standards, quality and cleanliness
• Ensures restaurant and staff are set up for an outstanding shift
• Observes team performance, provides coaching and recognition
• Ensures new hires complete training
• Interacts with guests ensuring service style and handles issues or complaints
• Conducts motivational staff meetings to keep team informed
• Ensures great food is served to every guest
• Performs food safety and line checks to maintain standards
• Manages cash handling, bartender drawers and tip share
• Approves comps or promotions
• Checks deliveries and ensures correct billing
• Prepares end of shift reports
• Maintains safe guest and work environment and assists with accident reports
• Enforces security procedures to protect assets

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and staff support
• Ensure proper setup for each shift and service flow
• Coach and recognize team members for performance
