PBR Atlanta in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Front-of-House (FOH) Supervisor to oversee daily service at Live! at the Battery Atlanta.

You will ensure standards of service, supervise outlets, manage staff, and maintain guest satisfaction through effective training and clear operational procedures. You will help with menu promotions, monitor performance via guest feedback and financial results, control costs, and coordinate events, shifts, and staffing according to business needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience in a full-service setting preferred.
• Hospitality Management Degree or some college is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with service standards and operating procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more outlets or assigned portion of the operation.
• Plan and organize work and communicate policies and procedures.
• Monitor guest feedback, financial results, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Assist with creating and promoting programs to market menu items and increase guest patronage.
• Maintain inventory control, security of monies, and cost control measures.
• Coordinate events and manage staffing, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
