Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail tech platforms and systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively, detail oriented, sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Drive high customer experience standards through training and product knowledge.
• Lead a customer service program to drive repeat business via community networking and data capture.
• Work with Managers to exceed sales volume and KPI goals.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll goals with cross-divisional managers.
• Audit cash procedures and deposits with daily reconciliation.
• Supervise check-in/camera team to maintain safety and upkeep of dispensary.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and current menu availability.
