Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Front of House to lead and improve customer experience initiatives across our cannabis dispensaries.

You will supervise a team focused on hospitality, training, and cash reconciliation while ensuring safety and regulatory standards are met for state and local compliance. The ideal candidate demonstrates business process orientation with a track record of continuous improvement, team development, and collaboration across departments to drive sales and KPI

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age (or per state regulations).
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• Store leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service related field.
• Skilled in Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of retail technology platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive high customer experience standards and cultivate a customer-oriented culture.
• Lead a world-class customer service program to drive repeat business and data capture.
• Work with Managers and Supervisors to exceed sales volume and KPI goals.
• Ensure staffing and payroll goals are met in partnership with cross-divisional managers.
• Comply and audit cash procedures for deposits and daily cash reconciliation.
• Supervise the check-in/camera assigned team to uphold safety and store standards.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and current menu availability.
• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
• Collaborate with Managers to achieve organizational goals.
• Support implementation of operational policies and SOPs for retail staff.
• Educate staff on corporate processes and SOPs; train in customer experience and hospitality standards.
• Maintain training calendars and onboarding for new hires.
• Provide ongoing training and development to ensure consistency across stores.
• Lead by example and coach performance; address poor performance and policy violations.
• May assist with other duties across operations (call center, inventory, delivery, outreach, security, visual merchandising).
