Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Front of House in Arlington Heights, IL to lead a premier customer experience in our retail dispensary and to ensure smooth, compliant day-to-day operations.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling and payroll, uphold SOPs, and partner with managers to meet KPI targets and sales goals while maintaining safety and a welcoming environment. Weekend/evening shifts are required; compensation is $21–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, operations management, or a related field.
• Store leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service-related field.
• Strong proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of retail technology platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive high customer experience standards and train on product knowledge.
• Lead a customer service program to drive repeat business and data capture.
• Work with Managers to exceed sales volume and KPI goals.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll goals with cross-divisional managers.
• Ensure cash procedures, deposits, and daily reconciliation.
• Supervise the check-in/camera assigned team and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain current merchandise presentation and menu availability.
• Deliver daily operations and strategic direction through the store team.
• Collaborate with Managers to achieve organizational goals.
• Support SOPs and training for staff.
• Ensure staff understand corporate processes and provide education where needed.
• Train employees on customer experience and hospitality using loyalty programs and KPIs.
• Maintain onboarding and new hire training calendars.
• Continue staff training through curricula to ensure consistency across stores.
• Lead by example and coach performance; address poor performance and policy violations.
• May assist with other duties including call center, inventory, delivery, security, and merchandising.
• Project a positive image to employees, customers, industry, and community.
• Embody PharmaCann culture and objectives.
