Job summary

The Front of House Supervisor at PharmaCann oversees a team delivering hospitality, training, and customer guidance in the dispensary. You will drive a customer-first culture, supervise check-in/camera operations, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations while maintaining safety and smooth daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, a business or operations background, and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age per state regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Store leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service related field.
• Skilled in Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Drive high customer experience standards and establish a customer-focused culture.
• Lead a world-class customer service program to drive repeat business.
• Work with Managers to exceed sales volume and KPI goals.
• Supervise check-in/camera team to maintain safety and security.
• Uphold merchandise presentation standards and current menu.
• Train staff on SOPs and corporate processes and provide ongoing education.
• Coach team on performance and compliance policies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned across operations.
