Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Front of House to lead a team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences in a regulated cannabis retail environment.

You will oversee training, cash handling, and operations to ensure safety and compliance across the store. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a track record of improving customer service, and experience coordinating with multiple managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age (or per state regulations).
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• Store leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service related field.
• Knowledge of retail technology platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive high customer experience standards and customer engagement through training and product knowledge.
• Lead a world-class customer service program to drive repeat business and data capture.
• Work with Managers to meet sales volume and KPI goals.
• Ensure staffing and payroll goals are met.
• Audit cash procedures and deposits; manage daily cash reconciliation.
• Supervise check-in/camera team for safety and dispensary upkeep.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and current menu availability.
• Collaborate with Managers to align on daily operations and goals.
• Support policy implementation and staff training on SOPs.
