Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Chapel Hill, NC seeks Team Members to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced restaurant. You’ll work directly with an independent Owner/Operator and support daily operations, guest service, and food quality.

No Sundays; flexible scheduling; opportunities to learn from operators and leaders; growth, scholarships, and benefits available; must be authorized to work in the US and able to multitask with a positive attitude.

Front of House Leadership Team Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in the day-to-day activities of a high-volume fast-paced restaurant
• Honoring and encouraging others to honor the Chick-fil-A Corporate Purpose and the vision of Chick-fil-A Carraway Village
• Multitasking quickly, yet thoroughly
• Being team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Communicating effectively with guests and Team Members
• Offering the team encouragement to stay true to our 2nd Mile Service goals.
• Offering immediate and respectful responses to guest needs.
• Setting the tone for the shift and serving as a positive role model to the entire team.
• Opening and/or closing the store and leading shifts.
• Counting drawers and finalizing day.

• Adhering to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
