Chick-fil-A Colorado Springs is seeking a Front of House Shift Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, task delegation, and coaching Team Members, with starting pay at $17.00 per hour during training. Availability required Monday–Saturday, weekends, holidays; Sundays closed; benefits include Health Insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
