Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Shift Leader for a Haidilao location to supervise crew, train new staff, and ensure operations align with the restaurant business plan. The role requires cross-training across crew positions and assists the management team in daily execution.

Candidates should have 0–3 years in restaurant or customer service, be hardworking, and possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. English fluency is required, with Mandarin/Spanish preferred.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew and ensure alignment with restaurant business plan.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent guest service.
• Ensure quick, friendly service and quality products for guests.
• Notify General Manager of any issues or complaints promptly.
• Engage guests and promote teamwork across shifts.
• Coach team members when standards are not met and celebrate successes.
