Haidilao, a renowned international hotpot brand, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support restaurant operations and logistics. The role involves recruiting support, payroll tasks, onboarding, employee file maintenance, and coordination with managers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have an HR or finance background, 1+ year HR experience, and strong communication skills in English; Mandarin and Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or HR-related field preferred.
• HR experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count daily sales and perform accounting duties.
• Lead recruitment, employment changes, vacations, and resignations.
• Onboard new employees and verify documentation.
